Damaged pieces will be replaced, but the service-providing location must be notified within 24 hours via email and phone call of the customer receiving their shipment. Replacement pieces will be provided but the below criteria must be met:
Digital Pictures must be provided prior to any replacement pieces being shipped.
Visible signs of damage to furniture and/or packaging must be list and given back to driver.
If an item is apparently broken, a customer is expected to refuse the item that is damaged at the time of delivery and note it on the packing list provided by the driver.
If a customer pays for delivery and an item is damaged Atlantic Bedding and Furniture will replace that item without additional charges. However, if an item is picked up and happens to be damaged it is the customer’s responsibility to bring those damaged pieces back to be swapped out.
Atlantic Bedding and Furniture has no exchange policy, All Sales Are Final. We deal with many closeouts and overstock items; therefore once they are gone they are gone and cannot be returned. If something is damaged or broken it is our duty to replace that item at no charge to the customer (See “Damages” above). Atlantic Bedding and Furniture carries a number of different items and HIGHLY SUGGESTS that every customer visit their service-providing location to see and touch many of the items that they are purchasing. There is no comfort guarantee on our mattresses; however if there is something structurally defective with the mattress it can and will be replaced at no cost to the customer. Mattresses will not be delivered sight unseen, customers MUST come in to test out which comfort level is best suited for them.
Items on layaway or deposit that have not been picked up or delivered can be cancelled for a 20% restocking fee. 20% of the ENTIRE PURCHASE PRICE will be taken out of the initial deposit put down by the customer and the remaining monies can be returned to the customer.
Atlantic Bedding & Furniture Delivery
Once items have been purchased online they can be picked up at the nearest physical location. Delivery is available, see below. Items can be available in as little as 48 hours or up to 6 weeks depending on availability. If you decide to pick up your items you must get in touch with the nearest location:

One of the reasons Atlantic Bedding and Furniture is able to bring our customers the lowest prices is because we keep our costs to a minimum. Atlantic Bedding provides delivery within 30 miles of each physical location, see charges below. If you are not within 30 miles of a physical location delivery may still be available, but additional fees may apply. Delivery includes drop off inside of the destination, set up is not included. Delivery is provided by an outside service therefore payment is due at the time of delivery. Cash is the preferred method of payment for deliveries, if cash payment is not a possibility please notify the location that services your area before a date and time for delivery is set up. Items must be paid in full before they are shipped, sorry no COD’s.
Setup is available for those who would like their furniture put together for them. If set up is desired, the service providing location must be notified at the time of order. Setup can be cancelled at the last minute, but setup cannot be added at the last minute: The delivery services used by Atlantic Bedding and Furniture have planned schedules and if time is not allotted for setup it cannot be added on at the last minute. If setup is not desired once the furniture arrives the fee for delivery and set up does not have to be paid, only the fee for delivery.
